Exhibitor liability insurance covers the exhibitor's legal liability during the event. Examples of insured damages include: damage to the floor or wall of a rented space during the event, or employees responsible for organizing/conducting the event laying a cable in such a way that a guest trips and is seriously injured.

No, the application form also serves as the insurance certificate; therefore, neither an insurance policy nor an invoice will be issued.
The bank transfer receipt serves as proof of the existence of the insurance contract.

The fee amounts to EUR 17.40 per person working at the exhibition stand, but a minimum of EUR 87.00, plus statutory insurance tax (currently 19%).

Separate coverage for watches, jewelry, gemstones, and silverware must be taken out using application form 17.3.
